Will there be food and drink for sale on site?
Yes, a small gourmet village will be offering hot drinks (chocolate, mulled wine...) and winter specialities like crêpes, waffles and chocolates to keep you warm. Eating on the rink is forbidden.
What should I wear?
Always skate with gloves on.
What's the code of conduct on the ice?
- Traffic: I respect the direction of rotation indicated to ensure smooth and safe circulation.
- Respect: I am vigilant and avoid hindering or pushing other skaters. I take care to move out of the way when overtaking or stopping.
- Speed: For everyone's safety, speed racing is strictly forbidden.
- Snowballs: It's fun, but it's forbidden to make and throw snowballs, or any other object that could represent a danger.
- Surfacing: When surfacing is announced, I leave the track and return when the rink crew invites you to do so.
- Access to the rink: Access to the ice is reserved for skaters wearing skates.
- Priority: I give priority to the skater in front of me and adapt my trajectory to avoid any incident.
- Prohibited dangerous activities: I agree not to participate in games or behavior that could endanger my safety or that of others.
- Railings: I don't sit or climb on railings.
- Equipment care: I take great care with the equipment to ensure it remains in good condition.
- Dangers: I'm aware that ice skating, although fun, is a sporting activity that can involve risks, particularly of injury in the event of a fall.
By respecting these rules, I contribute to a pleasant, safe and friendly experience for all rink users.
Is there a changing room?
There will be no changing rooms or lockers, only for shoes and skates. Please bring a shoulder bag or small backpack that you can easily carry during your slot on the rink.
Are suitcases allowed?
No.
Can I smoke or vape?
Neither smoking nor vaping are allowed on the premises.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, the H24 public toilets.
When are the DJ nights happening?
On december 12th, 19th and January 3rd, from 20PM to 22PM!

What is the minimum age required?
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by their parents during the day, and children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by their parents during the evening from 7 PM.
How far in advance do I need to arrive?
You can arrive whenever you like before your session, so you're there when it starts.
Are pets allowed?
No.
Is the experience accessible for PRMs?
The rink is not accessible for PRMs.
Can I get there by public transport?
Yes.

Where can I buy tickets?
- On the Fever app, available on Google Play and Apple Store .
- On the Fever website.
Who are the official ticket sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for this experience can only be obtained on Fever. Tickets are not available from any other website or box office.
What are the different ticket and price options?

What is your refund/exchange policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. Terms and conditions of non-refundability are accepted prior to purchase. In specific circumstances, we can help you reschedule your tickets to another date and session still available. Please contact us for more information. Please remember to quote your Ticket ID. Event opening days and times are subject to change at any time by the organizer.
Will we be reimbursed if the activity is cancelled?
In the event of cancellation on our part (due to bad weather, for example), customer service will offer you a voucher so that you can book this experience on another day.
However, we will not refund your travel expenses. Please note that a postponement/refund can only be requested once the cancellation has been announced.
The management team is authorized to request the immediate removal from the facility of any user who fails to comply with the Charter of Good Conduct and the rink's rules of use, without refund of the admission fee.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your electronic tickets will be validated directly from the Fever application.
Is the rink guarded?
The rink is unsupervised, and children are the sole responsibility of their parents.
